LEASE AMENDMENTS & RENEWALS
Need to make a change to your commercial lease? We also represent Landlords and Tenants in negotiating and drafting lease amendments, renewals, and other modifications.
DUE DILIGENCE
Are you purchasing or selling a business? We can also assist with commercial lease due diligence associated with the sale, including comprehensive lease abstracting, obtaining required consent forms, and any other related diligence.
FIXED FEE OPTIONS
In addition to traditional hourly fee arrangements, which most of our clients prefer, many of our services are available on a fixed-fee basis. Fixed fee arrangements are most effective after we work together on several projects. Fixed fees assist your business with efficient financial planning. Contact us for more information on fee arrangements.
LEASING MANAGEMENT
We can assist with general "property management" leasing work for commercial landlords - from notice and demand letters to analysis of lease exclusives.
OUR VISION
Anna Lee Alford founded ALA Law, PLLC to serve clients who want a personalized, efficient approach to the commercial leasing needs of their businesses. She has experience in all major areas of real estate law, but the majority of her practice for the last five years has been commercial leasing. Whether you are a landlord or tenant looking for an attorney to draft leases and manage leasing for your entire portfolio, a tenant looking for an attorney to help you negotiate a single office or retail lease, or anything in between, Anna Lee has the experience for the project. She has negotiated industrial leases, office leases, and retail leases for her clients. She has represented billion-dollar REITs and entrepreneurs leasing one small office suite or restaurant. Large law firms provide excellent service, but commercial leasing is often better-suited for a boutique practice, because boutiques can move more quickly on client intake and offer fixed-fee arrangements. Contact ALA Law, PLLC to discuss how we can become your commercial leasing lawyer.
